Humanizing Leadership Introductory Workshop

What does it look like to create workplaces and classrooms that invite people's humanity to the table?

Join me for a one-hour introductory workshop exploring the three-part framework of Humanizing Leadership.

Register and reserve your space for one of two dates: November 18th or December 9th.

Many leadership strategies focus outwardly, on individual behaviors, and take a reactive, top-down approach to working with people. The Humanizing Leadership Framework invites us to focus inwardly and on group dynamics—a proactive approach that fosters regulation and allows us to leverage the factors that are actually in our control.

During this 60-minute workshop, we will:

  • Explore how the nervous system lens reveals the unconscious influences that promote safety and belonging

  • Introduce the three levels of the Humanizing Leadership Framework

  • Reflect on your current leadership across all three levels

  • Learn practical strategies you can apply immediately

Register and reserve your space for one of two dates: November 18th or December 9th.

Grounded Leaders form the foundation. When we attend to our own nervous system and emotional state with awareness and care, we become an inherently regulating presence for others.

Cultures of Belonging create the conditions for people to thrive through relational safety, trust, and connection. We use proactive strategies to build an environment where regulation and authentic connection can flourish.

Compassionate Support allows us to draw from our regulation and relational foundation to navigate challenging situations, support struggling individuals, and hold people accountable while honoring their humanity.
